  • Do my custom patches have to have a border on them?
    We offer five unique border options for our custom patches, and we can assure you that we provide the best borders
    for custom patches out there!
    Merrow is a border sewn up and around the patch edge.
    A heat-cut border is die-cut using heated scissors. This method seals the patch edge and keeps it from fraying.
    The satin border is 1/6″stitch that goes around the edge of the patch. This option is completely different than the
    merrowed border because it does not overlock the patches’ edge.
    A smooth cut can be used on any embroidered patch. This border has no stitching on the edge of the custom
    patch.
    Frayed Edges are secured with interior stitch, but left loose at the perimeter.
  • Can I order custom patches with no minimum?
    One of the many great things about Sinodream is that we have the lowest order quantity of custom patches. It is only 50 units. That means you can place your order with us only when you get a sale. No more old stock, no more old products, and more importantly, no wasted money – a low minimum is a winner for everyone.
